A new construction, a new investment in the hotel industry
A new partnership between REGIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE COMPANY FOR HIGHWAYS ROADS BRIDGES AND TUNNELS and Accor.
The new hotel, Novotel Living Bucharest Băneasa, will be part of the Accor network (a global leader in the hospitality industry) and will be positioned right across from Bucharest's largest shopping area, Băneasa Shopping City.
Construction began in the third quarter of 2023, and the 150-room hotel is scheduled to enter the market in June 2025. With Novotel Living, REGIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE COMPANY FOR HIGHWAYS ROADS BRIDGES AND TUNNELS and Accor bring the extended stay concept to the Bucharest market. The future hotel will offer various types of rooms with kitchenettes and flexible workspace. The ground floor will take the form of a social hub for dining, meetings, and socializing. Other amenities include an all-day dining area, a "cinema" room, a modular meeting space, a fitness room, ample parking, and outdoor green space.
"Today's announcement marks the development of our portfolio in the hospitality sector and strengthens the promise we made five years ago when we launched ibis Styles Bucharest. To honor the legacy of our first hotel and carry its story forward. Accor Group has been a trusted partner for us in this endeavor, and we are pleased to expand our collaboration. With the help of Accor's iconic brand portfolio and its strong marketing and distribution channels, we bring our investments into the spotlight and anchor them on the map of international travelers."
